As part of your Presenting Sponsor package, we're happy to discuss any/all of the following:
Event Sampling
Attendees can learn first-hand how good your products are and how they absolutely need to become a brand fan and customer. Nothing sells better than a taste of out-of-this-world ice cream or the best overall backpacking meals.
Street Team Collaboration
For any pre-event street team missions in Boulder/Denver, Chautauqua can supplement your teams with additional staff/volunteer support and promotional tie-ins.
General Store Sales/Sampling
Our retail store at the top of the Chautauqua Green is the go-to spot for snacks, beverages, gear, and merch for visitors and guests alike. Your products can be featured as samples or purchasable products during the run of the shows, or on a permanent/semi-permanent basis. Astronaut ice cream could potentially be featured as a fantastic topper for ice cream cups.
Lodging/Retreat Guest and/or Group Amenity
Thousands of lodging guests, retreat participants and corporate/social/affinity groups stay at Chautauqua in our historic lodges and cottages. Your products could be included in amenity baskets, special welcome gifts during the run of the shows, or as a gift to target group participants.
Media Partner Support
Chautauqua has several Landmark Media Partners that support our programming and nonprofit mission, including KBCO, KGNU, KUNC, the Daily Camera and Denver7 CBS. There may be opportunities to include your brand with Chautauqua's promotional activity depending on the relevance, newsworthiness or community benefit/interest of your brand story.
Event Speaking Slot and/or Commercial
As part of Chautauqua's show marketing and presentation, there may be additional opportunities for a company spokesperson to speak at and/or introduce the event. Depending on the production value and with Chautauqua approval, short commercial videos or interactive presentations may be shown pre-show or at intermission.
